Bruit de clic intempestif sur portable ...

Bonjour, comme conseillé par winx, je reposte mon message ici

Donc, j'ai fait l'acquisition d'un ordinateur portable Acer Aspire 64 bits qui tourne sous Windows 7 et j'observe quelque chose de très agaçant : lorsque je suis sur internet, il y a régulièrement des bruits de "clic" alors que je ne fais rien ! (Je précise que j'ai scanné mon pc qui est exempt de malwares, spywares, virus).

1/ Avec le touchpad ALPS : s'il m'arrive de positionner mon curseur malencontreusement sur un lien, il s'ouvre alors que je n'effectue aucune action de "clicage". Ce bruit est récurrent, si mon curseur n'est positionné sur aucun lien (par exemple en ce moment même il est situé sur cette zone de texte donc inactive et bien, le bruit est quand même audible). Difficile à définir ce bruit, ça ressemble à peu près à un bouton qu'on enclenche ou à une case qu'on cocherait.
C'est très agaçant car cela valide des liens que je ne souhaite pas ouvrir, ou encore plus énervant, lorsque ce bug intervient et que je tente de déplacer mon curseur sur mon écran, et bien il se déplace au ralenti comme s'il était retenu par une action automatique, et j'ai du mal à en reprendre le contrôle. Je suis obligée à ce moment là de cliquer sur une zone neutre plusieurs fois pour annuler son action.Choqué

2/ Avec une souris : au niveau du bruit intempestif, il reste bien présent, toujours ce petit bruit d'enclenchement inopportun. Seul avantage avec la souris, malgré le bruit persistant, les actions répondent parfaitement à ce que je fais, aucun lien ou aucune action ne s'ouvre inopinément comme cela le faisait avec le touchpad mais bon... mon problème n'est que détourné...

Alors j'ai essayé de reconfigurer toutes ces options (sensibilité du clic, plus ou moins rapide, effleurement désactivé...) et j'observe malgré ça que même sans toucher le touchpad les bruits de clic se font quand même, donc j'en déduis que le problème est probablement ailleurs... Confus
Par ailleurs, je ne peux pas totalement désactiver le touchpad car quand je vais dans les propriétés du pilote, la case est "Désactiver" est en filigranne, impossible à cocher. Il en est de même pour celle de la souris...

Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée sur la cause de ce défaut ?

Afin de nous éclairer sur la nature précise de tes soucis "infectieux",
dans un premier temps fais cette procédure et poste le rapport généré par Random's system information tool (RSIT) par
random/random
Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

- Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
- Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
- Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.

- Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

---->> Aller sur le Net avec Windows Internet Explorer, n'est pas souhaitable.
Pour vous en convaincre, un petit test de votre navigateur

Comparez-donc Windows Internet Explorer avec Mozilla-Firefox (ce dernier devrait atteindre les 92 )
Quand à Windows Internet Explorer, j'en laisse la surprise...

Toutefois, ce qui ne veut pas dire que Windows Internet Explorer, ne doit pas être à jour ! (vérifier que vous avez la dernière version ! )

Télécharger Mozilla-Firefox 3.0. X. (le X représente évidemment la dernière version ) et le mettre à l'install comme Navigateur par défaut.

si tu ne peux pas télécharger en direct avec la machine infectée, il est évident qu'il faut faire usage, d'une carte SD ou clé usb via un autre PC.

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et installe le (assure toi qu'il se soit bien mis à jour avant de passer à la suite).

Si tu as déjà le logiciel sur ta machine, faire une mise à jour

ensuite,

* Redémarre en mode sans échec :

o Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
o A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait aparaître.
o Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
o Choisis ton compte.

* Si besoin: pour une aide visuelle clic ici

* Lance MBAM et sélectionne "Exécuter un examen rapide". Patiente le temps du scan.
* Une fois le scan terminé,clique sur "Supprimer la sélection".


Si MBAM a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.
Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau lorsqu'il s'affichera.
Poste le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

* Télécharge Ad-Remover (de C_XX) sur le bureau.

* /!\ Déconnecte-toi et ferme toutes les applications en cours /!\

* Au menu principal choisis l'option "Scanner"

Fais ceci:

Fais un scan de ta machine avec Spybot-S&D©®
Rends-toi sur ce lien et télécharge l'utilitaire.
Installe-le et fais la mise à jour.

Toutefois être prudent à l'install, si nécessaire décocher toute installation de Yahoo Toolbars ( et compagnie ,ça devient une manie dans les gratuits d'auto installer ces bestioles !)
De plus, n'accepte pas l'installation de "Teatimer" .

Si par hasard tu l'as accepter, ce n'est pas dramatique fais ceci:

1) Désactive le Teatimer de Spybot

[*]Ouvre Spybot
[*]Rends-toi dans le menu Mode
[*]Coche la case Mode Avancé
[*]Clique sur Outils (tout en bas)
[*]Dans Résident, tu décoches la case Resident Teatimer

Ah... Spybot, je l'avais désinstallé il y a peu car on m'avait dit qu'il était un peu parano... petite question winx, me conseilles-tu tout de même de le conserver sur ma machine en plus de malwarebytes et de lancer une recherche régulièrement par sécurité ?
