Mise à jour Vista impossible, virus ?

bonsoir à tous,

voici mon problème : j'ai désinstallé Windows Live Messenger 2009 de mon pc portable Vista SP1 édition familial premium. depuis, je ne peux plus le reinstallé.
j'ai déja fait plusieurs manipulations pour pouvoir le réinstallé (tel que l'effacer totalement avec zap messenger entre autre comme exemple,...) et j'ai relevé le rapport d'erreur d'installation du messenger puis j'ai trouvé qu'apparemment le problème viendrait des mises à jours, qu'il faudrait que je les installe (cf http://www.wikikou.fr/erreur-0x80070643 ... -1171.html).
nouveau problème : mon Vista n'arrive plus à ce mettre à jour.
j'ai été redirigé sur cette partie du forum (cf sujet-32938.html) car mon problème viendrait peut etre de virus.
je poste comme demandé les deux rapports ci dessous :

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et installe le (assure toi qu'il se soit bien mis à jour avant de passer à la suite).

Si tu as déjà le logiciel sur ta machine, faire une mise à jour

ensuite,

* Redémarre en mode sans échec :

o Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
o A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait aparaître.
o Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
o Choisis ton compte.

* Si besoin: pour une aide visuelle clic ici

* Lance MBAM et sélectionne "Exécuter un examen rapide". Patiente le temps du scan.
* Une fois le scan terminé,clique sur "Supprimer la sélection".


Si MBAM a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.
Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau lorsqu'il s'affichera.
Poste le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

oui donc j'ai trouvé une solution pour messenger...
je ne l'ai pas installé mais je suis allé chez un ami prendre son dossier messenger, puis copier/coller dans program files... je l'ai lancé et il marche... comme un logiciel app... donc mon hypothèse c'est qu'il devait bel et bien etre mal désinstaller... mais cela n'explique pas les raisons qu'il ne puisse pas réinstaller, ou re-installer, ou genre me proposer de réparer/désinstaller... 'fin sa marche et je suis plutot content... mais chiant quand meme car il n'y a rien de vraiment installé...
(aussi aMSN ne marchait pas car j'avais configuré des serveur UDP et TCP pour des serveurs privés pour des jeux... ils étaient ouvert là où aMSN avait besoin, puisque venant de Linux le tout-çà en a besoin...

'fin si tu a une ptite solution quand meme je suis prenant... (mais au moins je ne suis pas embetté par les mises à jours d'msn ^^)

Ce qui est énervant, c'est que l'on a une version qui fonctionne nickel depuis des lustres, et puis...boum..la mise à jour forcée
Ce qui parfois (souvent même ) apporte des soucis
