Ordi qui fait des siennes !

Bonjour,

Je viens réclamer de l'aide car mon ordinateur devient incontrôlable. Tout d'abord ça a commencé par des déconnexions fréquentes (en fait dès que la prise de ma batterie se débranche un peu de l'ordinateur portable, il y a une fenêtre qui s'ouvre "Voulez-vous déconnectez l'antenne sans fil ?" et qui coupe toute connexion), ajouté à cela le fait que mon parefeu windows se désactive tout seul à chaque nouvelle ouverture de session. Mais le pire a commencé hier soir, l'ordinateur s'est bloqué subitement, plus rien ne répondait et depuis la souris ne fonctionne qu'une fois sur 10, l'ordi est très très lent et se bloque à de nombreuses reprises.

Conseil d'ordre général
Aller sur le Net avec Windows Internet Explorer, n'est pas souhaitable.
Pour vous en convaincre, un petit test de votre navigateur

Comparez-donc Windows Internet Explorer avec Mozilla-Firefox (ce dernier devrait atteindre les 71 )
Quand à Windows Internet Explorer, j'en laisse la surprise...

Toutefois, ce qui ne veut pas dire que Windows Internet Explorer, ne doit pas être à jour ! (vérifier que vous avez la dernière version ! )

Télécharger Mozilla-Firefox 3.0. X. (le X représente évidemment la dernière version ) et le mettre à l'install comme Navigateur par défaut.

PS:
si tu n epeux télécharger en direct avec l amachine infectée, il est évident qu'il faut faire usage, d'une carte SD ou clé usb via un autre PC.

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et installe le (assure toi qu'il se soit bien mis à jour avant de passer à la suite).

Si tu as déjà le logiciel sur ta machine, faire une mise à jour

ensuite,

* Redémarre en mode sans échec :

o Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
o A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait aparaître.
o Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
o Choisis ton compte.

* Si besoin: pour une aide visuelle clic ici

* Lance MBAM et sélectionne "Exécuter un examen rapide". Patiente le temps du scan.
* Une fois le scan terminé,clique sur "Supprimer la sélection".


Si MBAM a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.
Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau lorsqu'il s'affichera.
Poste le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Impossible d'installer MBAM, un message d'erreur apparait pendant l'installation et annule tout...

Désactive l'UAC-User Account Control -contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (surtout, bien penser à le réactiver après la désinfection).

* Démarrer > Panneau de Configuration
* Clique sur Comptes d'utilisateurs
* Clique à nouveau sur Comptes d'utilisateurs
(*En mode d'affichage "Classique" : Panneau de configuration >> double-clique sur "Comptes d'utilisateurs")
* Clique sur désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs (en bas)
* Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur
* Clique Ok pour valider (**Si l'UAC était déjà désactivé, clique "Annuler", quitte le Panneau de configuration et passe à l'étape suivante - pas de redémarrage requis)
* Tu seras invité à redémarrer l'ordinateur ; clique Ok. Ton ordinateur doit maintenant redémarrer.

ensuite fais ceci:

Exécute cette manip pour faire un scan avec Combofix.développé par sUBs.
En portant une attention particulière à l'install de la console sous XP, ( pas sous Vista * ) à la demande de sUBs. , concepteur de l'outil utilisé.

Poste le rapport de C:\Combofix.txt. sur le forum.
Normalement la procédure installation est devenue automatique...il suffit d'accepter par "oui" à la demande de Combofix.....
En cas de souci avec l'install de la console sous XP uniquement, pas sous Vista .
