Problème sur clavier Eee PC 901

Bonjour,
J'ai un Eee pc 901, qui commencait à avoir quelques disfonctionnements.
J'ai tout dabord chargé Emisoft ANTI-MALWARE
Il a touvé et mis en quarantaine Trojan-spy. win32.BHO!IK
Lorsque j'essaye de démarrer avec les touches f2 ou f5 ou f8 pour démarrer en mode sans échec, il arrive de tant à autre sur la page de choix de mode de démarrage mais il est positionné sur démarrage normal avec windows et impossible avec les touches flèches pour le déplacement de changer le choix.
Lorsque j'essaye de démarrer normalement... J'arrive sur la demande de mon code d'utilisateur. Le clavier ne fonctionne pas, la touche Majuscule fonctionne car il m'indique que je suis en majuscule. Certaines touches fonctionnent ( lettres et chiffres) mais pas toutes ( entre autre celles qui me serviraient à entrer mon code) et je ne sais pas ce que je tape puisque c'est la demande de code !
J'ai branché une souris et clavier par usb, et cela fonctionne.
J'ai déja supprimé le mot de passe !!!!

Afin de nous éclairer sur la nature précise de tes soucis "infectieux",
dans un premier temps fais cette procédure et poste le rapport généré par Random's system information tool (RSIT) par
random/random
Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

- Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
- Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
- Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.

- Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

---->> Aller sur le Net avec Windows Internet Explorer, n'est pas souhaitable.
Pour vous en convaincre, un petit test de votre navigateur

Comparez-donc Windows Internet Explorer avec Mozilla-Firefox (ce dernier devrait atteindre les 92 )
Quand à Windows Internet Explorer, j'en laisse la surprise...

Toutefois, ce qui ne veut pas dire que Windows Internet Explorer, ne doit pas être à jour ! (vérifier que vous avez la dernière version ! )

Télécharger Mozilla-Firefox 3.0. X. (le X représente évidemment la dernière version ) et le mettre à l'install comme Navigateur par défaut.

PS:
si tu ne peux pas télécharger en direct avec la machine infectée, il est évident qu'il faut faire usage, d'une carte SD ou clé usb via un autre PC.

vas au premier post de ce topic et fait une description de ton souci.


Je ne vois pas aprioris de grosse infection dans cette machine...


Fais ceci:

Fais un scan de ta machine avec Spybot-S&D©®
Rends-toi sur ce lien et télécharge l'utilitaire.
Installe-le et fais la mise à jour.

Toutefois être prudent à l'install, si nécessaire décocher toute installation de Yahoo Toolbars ( et compagnie ,ça devient une manie dans les gratuits d'auto installer ces bestioles !)
De plus, n'accepte pas l'installation de "Teatimer" .

Si par hasard tu l'as accepter, ce n'est pas dramatique fais ceci:

1) Désactive le Teatimer de Spybot

[*]Ouvre Spybot
[*]Rends-toi dans le menu Mode
[*]Coche la case Mode Avancé
[*]Clique sur Outils (tout en bas)
[*]Dans Résident, tu décoches la case Resident Teatimer
-----> L'icône doit être absente de la barre des tâches...

A pârt le bonjour et ma note en rouge ce n'est pas trés significatif de ton souci....ne perd pas de vue qu'il n'y a pas pour le lecteur de rapprochement avec un autre topic...et donc c'est un peu comme si tu vas voir un garagiste avec une voiture....tu fais quoi ? Tu lui donne les clés et tu lui dis rien ???
