bonjour

j'ai du formater mon pc portable packard bell esay note mx 51b035 malheuresemet je n'avait pas les pilotes du pc donc je me suis rendu sur le site du fournisseur ou j'ai pu telecharger ces fameux pilotes
apres avoir toute installées impossible de me connecter a internet pourtant la conecction sans fil est operationnelle
je vais donc dans executer et je tape cmd/kipconfig/all et la surprise pas d'adresse ip ni de masque de sous reseau ni de passerelle par defaut j'ai beau eu cherche je n'ai pas trouver de solution ?????

j'ai fait un everest au cas ou

Essaye de connecter ce pc avec un câble Ethernet et dit nous si tu peux te connecter.
D’autre par ton wifi détecte-t-il ton réseau ?

je n'ai pas de cable ethernet a disposition juste celui de mon pc bureau relier a ma neuf box

sinon le wifi detecte bien ma neuf box j'ai mis la clé mais rien y fait je n'est toujours pas d'adresse ip ce qui m'empeche a mon avis de surfer

Dans la fenêtre ou tu vois tes réseaux, sur le coté gauche clic sur un des liens pour rechercher une fenêtre ou tu cocheras laissé Windows gérer ect… puis clic sur ok.
Je ne le sais pas de tète mais en cherchant tu trouveras cette fenêtre.

j'ai fait exactement la meme manip que dans le lien que tu mas donné mais toujours pas d'aresse ip de plus le dhcp n'est pas activé j suivi la manip normale pour l'activer mais rien ny fait j'ai deja formaté 2 fois sans resultat

Il faudrait que tu te procure un cordon Ethernet de façon a savoir si déjà tu a une connexion, sa éliminerais pas mal de choses pour la suite.

Bonjour,

Si tu na aucunes connexions Ethernet je pense que le souci viens de tes drivers de carte mère.
Tu na pas du tous les télécharger ou alors pas les bon.

Fais un clic droit sur ton poste de travail et sélectionne gérer.
Dans la fenêtre qui s’ouvre clic sur gestionnaire de périphériques.
Regarde si tu vois des points d’interrogations jaunes.
Tu peux aussi aller faire un tour du coté de toutlesdrivers, la, tu clic sur mes drivers, tu accepte l’installation du control active x, tu lance la détection et les drivers en vert sont ceux qui te sont proposé.
